Researchers aren't exactly sure what is the exact cause of ADHD is. They do believe that is has to do with something in the genes, because children of parents or siblings diagnosed with ADHD are more likely to see conditions.
While no research and data has been confirmed, there are other possible causes of ADHD including, cigarette smoking and alcohol consumption during pregnancy, lead exposure, or brain injury.
